How can I book an offer with accommodation included?
Activity + accommodation packs include a built-in booking engine. Just choose the number of people, date, and follow the steps to confirm your experience.
Where do I enter the discount code if I have one?
For offers that work with a promotional code, the code is entered during the booking process, in the “Promotional Code” section.
Are the offers available all year round?
Not all of them. Some are permanent offers, while others are available only on certain dates or seasons. We recommend that you check the details of each promotion carefully.
Can I modify a booking made with an offer?
The conditions of change or cancellation depend on the specific policy of each offer. Check out the details within each experience or contact our team.
Are the offers also valid for groups or companies?
Some do, especially packs. If you have a large group or are looking for a personalized activity for a company or event, contact us and we will create a tailor-made proposal.
Do children have a discount on the offers?
It depends on each offer. Some promotions apply special conditions for children, such as reduced prices, especially those aimed at families.
Can I combine several offers in the same booking?
Discounts or promotional codes cannot generally be accumulated, unless otherwise stated in the promotion conditions.
