I want to reserve, how do I do it?

Always through our website, you go to the right green “BOOK NOW” button. The different activities appear there. The first two are the buggy routes. The one in the Bardenas Reales desert 5h or the one in La Muga. You select the route, date and buggy ❖ Can I generate a gift voucher?

Can I generate a gift voucher?

Yes, instead of selecting a date, you select a gift voucher. The total is paid in advance and you enter your own information. You will receive an email with the confirmation and with a document that you can edit with the name of the person receiving it or you can send it by email.

From what age can you drive?

From 18 years of age with a car driving license (type B) valid in Spain.
We understand that in other countries it is authorized to drive with a younger age, accompanied driver, or who has a motorcycle license with changes but not a car. Unfortunately they will not be able to drive if they do not have both requirements. We must comply with traffic regulations at all times.

So who’s driving?

You drive yourself. The guide is in another vehicle in front, and is the one who defines the speed, and the interpretive stops. If you don’t want to or can’t drive, the guide can take you. The price is the same for each buggy but you have to specify it when making the reservation or contact us before carrying out the activity.

Can I go with children?

Sure! There is no minimum age to go as a companion. We have lifts and chairs, but if you prefer you can use your own. Each parent knows their child.

Is the price per buggy?

That’s right. The price is per buggy and not per person. If there are three of you and you reserve a 6-seater buggy, the price is the same as if you were 6 people. The number of people traveling in the buggy is indifferent.

Can we change drivers during your activity?

Yes. As long as they have signed the route contract and meet the minimum driving requirements. The stops will ALWAYS be stipulated by the guide. Drivers are not allowed to stop anywhere other than indicated by the guide.

Are there stops?

The guide is the person who makes interpretive stops. Depending on the route, we will make up to 6 stops to take photos, walk, change drivers, etc. It is prohibited for the client to make stops without the guide’s authorization. In case of emergency, if the client needs assistance, he must stop the vehicle on the side of the road and the guide will return to the buggy.

Is the 1.5 hour route in Bardenas?

The only buggy route to Bardenas is 5 hours long.

Is the buggy route private?

Your buggy is private for you, although up to a maximum of 4 buggies can go following a guide. If you want a private route, with an exclusive guide for you, you can reserve it online by paying a supplement.

Can I drift, overtake and race?

Our company circulates on roads authorized by the autonomous community. It is not a closed circuit. Circulating through these areas is done under the relevant regulations and it is our responsibility to ensure they are complied with. Read the route contract correctly (make a direct link to the contract) before coming to avoid misunderstandings. We take the safety of all participants very seriously and the correct development of the activity. Failure to comply with the rules (make a direct link to the rules) may lead to the immediate cancellation of the activity without refund.

I have already made my reservation. What do I have to bring?

Clothing appropriate to the weather. If it is winter, gloves, buff or scarf, warm and waterproof clothing. In summer, sunglasses and sunscreen are essential. We recommend a light jacket for first thing in the morning. Driving with flip flops or heels is prohibited. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend bringing prescription lenses since they can be annoying with dust. We give you the helmets but if you want you can bring your own.

Do we get dirty?

Whether winter or summer, there may be dust or mud. This dust is clayey and stays on clothes. On your return you can blow yourself with pressurized air. If you want, you can bring a change of clothes to change in the bathroom. If there are puddles and you want to go over them, you can, but we recommend doing it when you return from the route because for some people being wet during the entire journey can be uncomfortable. There is a shower for an extra cost that includes a towel, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.

They predict rain or a lot of heat.

We are not scared by a little rain, on the contrary, it can be very fun. We work in nature with the elements. If they suspended activities due to heat or rain, we wouldn’t be able to work almost any day 😉

I’m late…

We ask for punctuality. It is not necessary for you to arrive half an hour early, but do not arrive 10 minutes after the agreed time. We will begin the activity at the agreed time. If you see that you are late, call and let us know so we will wait for you. We give a margin of 10 minutes of courtesy, otherwise, we must leave with the group.

We are a group.

The most convenient thing is to contact us via email. We will recommend the most suitable for your group.

We want to go alone with the guide.

To privatize routes, you can contact us. It carries an extra cost. It is possible that at some point during the year it will not be possible to privatize.

I would like to take the buggy without a guide.

We are an active tourism company. All our routes are with an accompanying guide. We do not rent buggies without a monitor.

My friends have booked but I have my own buggy-moto and I want to accompany them.

You will not be part of our group, therefore you are not covered by any of our insurance. It’s all under your responsibility. We only accept one extra vehicle.

I can’t go.

If you give advance notice (minimum 2 days), you can pay in full for the route and get a gift voucher. It is valid for exchange for one year from the moment you obtain it. If you do not notify or do not come, you lose the money paid.

I am pregnant, I have cervical and back problems…

We recommend checking with your family doctor before making the reservation if you can do the activity.
