Route through vineyards by buggy or 4×4

– The routes are non-refundable, therefore they do not admit cancellation.
In very unfavorable conditions, the total of the activity could be paid and exchanged for a gift voucher worth one year.

– ACTIVA EXPERIENCE carries out guided tours with approved buggies duly checked by our mechanical engineers and in perfect operation.

– The client agrees to accept the decisions of the guide/monitor and to follow his instructions at all times to guarantee the safety and fluidity of the activity.

– If the client does not meet the minimum necessary physical and technical conditions, they may be denied participation in the activity, modify or delay the schedule of the same.

– Both the driver and the passenger declare that they are perfectly aware that such motorised activity entails a risk and that they agree to take responsibility for damages not covered by ACTIVA EXPERIENCE policies.

– The driver’s liability, passengers, accidents and rescue are covered by our insurance.

– Also the CR of the company Activa Experience

– Own damages, i.e. those caused to Activa Experience vehicles, are not covered, which will be paid for by the driver at the end of the activity unless there is a third party responsible for the accident.

– We ask you to pay special attention to the recommendations of the guide and to respect the instructions given.

– Our service is active tourism routes along authorized paths and not a closed circuit. Therefore, all safety regulations must be followed, as well as prohibitions (no skidding, speed limitations, no overtaking vehicles, etc.).

-All drivers will be over 18 years of age with a valid type B driving licence in Spain.
