Cancellation Policy

•Payment will be made at the beginning of the rental period.
• Return: Failure to comply with the delivery date will cause an additional cost to the customer of €100 per day from the date set for its return. In any case, if the customer exceeds the return of the bicycle within 24 hours without having properly notified the company, the company will proceed to file a complaint with the competent authority.

Safety conditions

• The client agrees not to be under the influence of alcohol, and/or drugs, as well as any other medication that may affect both their psychological and motor
abilities. • The rental includes the helmet free of charge and must carry these means to ensure their own safety. The non-use of security measures does not cause any liability on the part of Activa Experience.
• The bicycle is delivered in perfect condition of use, clean, with all its tools, accessories and equipment in perfect condition, and the customer must return it in the same conditions.
• The use of the bicycle and rental equipment by people who are not designated as users in the rental contract is prohibited.
• In the event of an accident, Activa Experience will not be responsible for any damage caused, either to the renter or to the rented bicycle, remaining all responsibility for any damage caused to the renter, having to pay the expense of the damage caused at the time.
• Excellent care and treatment of the bicycle(s) must be taken, taking any precaution to prevent it from being damaged, lost or stolen. In the event of theft, loss or damage, Activa Experience is authorised to charge the credit card provided as a deposit method for the corresponding cost, and the renter is considered fully responsible for the bicycle.
