How do I book an experience from this page?

Select activity + destination in the filter, enter the tab and follow the booking process. If the activity is "on request", we will confirm by email/WhatsApp in the shortest possible time.

Is the calendar availability real?

Yes, except for activities "on request". In these cases we validate places with the guide and suppliers (we will let you know if there is an immediate alternative).

Can I organize a private experience for my group/company?

Yes. All activities can be privatized or adapted (schedules, logistics, duration). Tell us your need when booking.

What does each experience include?

It depends on the activity (guide, specific material, insurance, etc.). In each tab you will see the "Includes/Does not include" and optional extras (catering, transfers, photo/video, etc.).

Comfortable clothing according to the season, suitable footwear and water. For outdoor activities: sun protection/cap in summer and warm layer on cool days. The fact sheets detail additional material if applicable.

Are the activities accessible?

We work with a real accessibility approach. Tell us your needs (mobility, sensory, cognitive) and we will adapt route, pace or supports. Some activities have full accessibility; You will see it on the file.

Is there an age limit or conditions to participate?

It varies by activity. To drive buggies, a valid B license is required; As a passenger, safety and height/restraint conditions apply to each vehicle. Check the file or ask us.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions prevent the activity from being carried out safely, we will propose rescheduling or voucher (depending on the activity policy). We will notify you as far in advance as possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the experience (non-refundable, flexible or mixed). The applicable policy is listed on each tab and in the confirmation email.

Are the activities insured?

Yes, we have civil liability and accident insurance. In activities with driving, we work with specific coverage according to current regulations.

In which languages are the experiences carried out?

Mainly Spanish, English and French (depending on the guide and date). If you need another language, please contact us when booking.

Can I bring my children? And pets?

Many activities are family-friendly; Check the sheet for recommended ages. Pets: only in experiences and spaces where it is compatible for safety and conservation.

Where is the meeting point and what time should I arrive?

In the file and in the confirmation email you will find the exact point, time and arrival recommendations (we suggest being 10–15 minutes before).

Do you offer food/drink or picnic options?

Yes, in several activities there is catering, picnics or arranged menus. You can also bring your own where it is allowed (we indicate it in the file).
