In the event of very unfavourable weather conditions, the full amount can be exchanged for a gift voucher valid for one year.

– ACTIVA EXPERIENCE organizes guided horseback rides with horses trained and supervised by specialized personnel. The routes are quiet and are adapted to different levels of experience.

– The client undertakes to follow the instructions of the guide at all times to guarantee the safety and proper development of the activity.

– If the client does not meet the minimum physical conditions or risk is detected, the activity may be modified, postponed or cancelled at the time, without the right to a refund.

– By participating in the activity, the client accepts that there is an inherent risk associated with dealing with animals, and undertakes to behave with respect and caution towards the horses and the environment.

– The activity is covered by our civil liability and accident insurance, both for participants and for the guides.

– It is not allowed to participate under the influence of alcohol or substances that affect the ability to react. The organization may deny access in case of doubt.

– Any special requests (such as private tours, group tours, family experiences, etc.), as well as changes of date or conditions, must be consulted in advance with our team.

Safety conditions

– Participants must have a basic physical condition and be prepared for an outdoor activity. No previous riding experience is necessary for standard rides, but you must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

– Comfortable and closed clothing is recommended, preferably long pants and closed shoes suitable for horseback riding.

– In summer, it is advisable to bring sunscreen, a cap or hat, sunglasses and water.
In winter, appropriate warm clothing, since in open areas and during the walk the thermal sensation can decrease.

– In case of light rain, the activity can be carried out if the conditions allow it. It is recommended to bring a raincoat or spare clothes. If the state of the terrain prevents it, a rescheduling will be sought.

– Punctuality is essential. The tours will start at the set time, so it is recommended to arrive at the meeting point in advance.
